Global Permission defines specific access rights to the system-wide data and operations, as listed below:

| Projects Management | Ability to add and delete projects. |
| Users and Groups Management | Ability to add, edit and delete users and groups as well as to change the passwords of users. |
| Fields Management | Ability to add, edit and delete fields. |
| Project Templates Management | Ability to add, manage and delete project templates. |
| Global Permissions Management | Ability to assign global permissions to users and groups |
| System Settings Management | Ability to manage System Options, Email Server and Licenses. |
| Public Queries Management | Ability to create, edit and delete the Public Queries in Queries. |
