Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere includes both global-level and project-level security rights and permissions applicable to the team work environment. The basic purpose of permission system is to restrict access to resources in the system. Resources can be either data or operations. For example, you may need to limit certain users from deleting issues or modifying projects in the system.
In Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere, there are two types of permissions defined below:
Global Permission defines specific access rights to the system-wide data and operations.
