Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere tracks issues to help you manage the work that must be finished in a product lifecycle. Different issue types track different types of work, therefore an issue can be a bug in software development, a task in a project, a discussion in a conference or anything which needs to be noticed and tracked.
From the occurrence to the solution of an issue, all the actions and data changes on the issue should be timely and exactly recorded, such as recording who did what at what time, providing real-time supervision, avoiding delay and omission, ensuring smooth progress of projects and good quality of products.
Everyone in the project can be assigned various work during the lifecycle of the project. Some people are assigned documents to write, some are assigned code to implement and bugs to fix, and others are assigned tests to run. To track the progress of the project, each issue is assigned to a person in the project. Issues can be transited around to different people according to the project workflow which affects how your work is processed.
The current state of the issue and its progress are tracked on the issue form. The issue form is composed of fields and tabs which display the detailed information of the issue.
You find and manage your issues by using issue queries. You can target your search by searching the database for records that match the criteria specified in the query. You can search for one specific field value, or create more complex queries that involve several query conditions. Query conditions can be customized and saved as favorites.
