My Favorites

My Favorites, sometimes called bookmarks, is a folder in the system used to store shortcuts of queries you wish to view results.

This page allows you to manage my favorites in the system. You can view your favorite query results and modify the favorite queries according to your needs. You can also rename or remove your favorite queries.

Access Rights

Any user can visit my favorites page. But the contents in my favorites page to different users will be different due to unique preference.

To open My Favorites window

Click My Favorites link available on the left tree menu of Issue Tracking page in the system, and the My Favorites page appears, as seen in the following figure:

Window Items:

Name

The shortcut name for the query. For example: My Create.

Destination

The destination of the query. For example: Project A/Private Queries/My Create.

Rename

Modify the shortcut name of the query. See Rename My Favorites.

Remove

Remove the shortcut for the query from my favorites. See Remove My Favorites.

Note:

My Favorites list shortcuts to queries. You can add any queries in the query list to My Favorites. For example, you can add a Public Query to My Favorites. See Add to My Favorites.
