Remove My Favorites

Summary

This page allows you to remove the shortcut for the query from my favorites.

Access Rights

Any user can remove the shortcut for the query.

To Remove My Favorites

1. Click My Favorites link available on the left tree menu of Issue Tracking page in the system, and the My Favorites page appears.

2. Select the shortcut name that you wish to remove on My Favorites page, click in Remove column on the right, and the Confirmation window appears, as seen in the following figure:

3. Click Yes to confirm the removal or click No to return to the previous page without any change.

Note:

• Removing the favorite queries from My Favorites does not mean deleting these queries in the system. These queries are just removed from My Favorites, but still exist in the system.
