Average Time Report of Project

Summary

Average Time report shows the number of the records and their average time stayed in the selected states during a time period.

This page allows you to use the field parameters to customize your average time report. You can choose which fields you want to report.

Access Rights

Any member of the project can view the average time report.

To View Average Time Report

1. Click Reports node under Project node, and the Reports in Project page appears.

2. Click Average Time Report in Reports in Project page, and the Average Time Report of Project page appears, as seen in the following figure:

3. Specify the parameters that further define the statistic data associated with the chart, click View button to view the corresponding data table listed on the page.

Statistics Parameters:

Issue type

   Filter by issue type. All issues of the selected issue type are listed.

Time parameter

  1. In the Start date and the End date list, select or customize the date to filter issues.
  2. In the Unit field, select the unit of the interval, such as Hour or Day.

Field parameter

  1. In the Field 1 (State) field, select one or more states to be used as a filter.
  2. In the Field 2 field, select a field to be used as another legend. In the Order field, select how to sort the legend (Ascending or Descending).
  3. In the Per page field, set the number of issues per page when viewing reports.
