1. Click Forgot Password in the Log In window, and the Forgot Password page appears, as seen in the following figure:
2. In User name, input your user name.

In Email address, input your registered Email address.
3. Click Submit to confirm or click Cancel to return to the previous page.
4. Click the link in the Email which we send to you according to the user name or the Email address, and the Reset Password page appears, as seen in the following figure:
5. In New password, input your new password.
6. In Retype password, input your new password again.
7. Click Save to reset the password or click Cancel to return to the Log In page without any change.
