Log In
1. Open Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere
homepage, and the Log
In
window appears.

2. In User name, input your user name.
3. In Password, input your password.
4. Optionally, check the Remember my login on this computer
box, then next time when you visit the system, you can go on to work on the
latest visited page without having to type your user name and password.
5. Optionally, click the Forgot Password to reset your
password. See Forgot Password.
6.Click Log In.
Note:

To log in Issue Tracking Anywhere for your first time, please
use the default user named "Admin" with no password.

If the number of the active users exceeds the count that the
license allows in the system, no one can log in the system
except the user "Admin". To solve the problem, you can first
login as the user "Admin", then delete or deactivate some active
users on the User List
page till the number of the existing active users equals to your
purchased license count.

User name is required, and whether it is
case sensitive or not is decided by the database configuration.

To use Forgot Password feature, you must first configure
your Email Server.

When you check Remember my login on this computer,
you will automatically enter the system next time without inputting user name
and password. For security concern, it is not recommended.

Password is case sensitive.
