Issue Types Management Overview

Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere use issues to get work to be done. You can create issues based on a default issue type such as bug, feature and task. An issue type is a template from which new issues of that type are created.

You can add custom issue types into the project to better server the processes your team uses and the ways that you communicate. For instance, you may want to create new issue types for a bug, a enhancement feature, a team discussion and a scenario-based task. After an issue type is created, you can customize Fields Management, Workflow Management, Form Management and Notification Management in the issue type to meet your needs.
