Edit User Basic Info

Summary

This page allows you to modify detailed information of a user in the system.

Access Rights

You must have Users and Groups Management permission.

To Edit User Basic Info

1. Click Users on the top menu bar of System Admin page, and the User List page appears.

2. Select the user account that you wish to modify on User List page, click in Edit column on the right, and the Edit User Basic Info page appears, as seen in the following figure:

3. Make changes to the user profile.

4.Click Save to complete the modification or click Cancel to return to the previous page without any change.

Window Items:

User name

    Name of the user. User name is required and must be unique.

Email

    The Email address of the user. Email address must be unique and valid.

Address

    The address of the user.

Telephone

    The telephone number of the user.

    Example: 001-052-6859745

Cellphone

    The cellphone number of the user.

    Example: 001-034-5689532

Description

    Description of the user. Put one sentence or more to describe the user.

    Example: Purchasing manager of product department. Three-year working experience.

Is active

    The active status of the user.

    Check the box to activate the user; Uncheck the box to deactivate the user.

Save

    Finish modifying the user.

Cancel

    Cancel modifying the user.
