Recover Deleted Users

Summary

This page allows you to recover deleted users in the system.

Access Rights

You must have Users and Groups Management permission.

To Recover a Deleted User

1. Click Users on the top menu bar of System Admin page, and the User List page appears.

2. Click Recover Deleted Users on the top left of User List page, and the Recover Deleted Users page appears, as seen in the following figure:

Window Items:

   Go back to User List page.

User Name

    The name of the user.

Email

    For example: KarenLee@hotmail.com.

Is Active

    The active status of the user.

Recover

Note:

• The initial state of the recovered user is inactive. To make the user work, you must activate the user in Edit User Basic Info page.
