Users & Groups Overview

This section describes how to manage users and groups in Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere.

User is the basic element of a team in the system, and team members log in as users. Users belong to groups, which enforce security privileges and allow you to simplify the management and administration of users as well. All the issue tracking and project managing operations are performed by various users and groups in Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere.

Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere allows users with Users and Groups Management permission to manage users and groups in the whole system.
