This page allows you to add an event in a notification.
You must have Manage Project (Project Templates Management) permission.
1. Click Projects (Project Templates) Management in System Admin page, and the Project (Project Template) List page appears.
2. Select the project (project template) that you wish to manage, click
in Manage column of Project (Project
Template) List page,
and the Project (Project Template)
Management page appears.
3. Click Issue Types Management in Project (Project Template) Management page, and the Issue Type List page appears.
4. Select the issue type that you want to manage, click
in Manage column of Issue Type List page,
and the Issue Type Management page appears.
5. Click Notification Management in Issue Type Management page, and the Notification Management page appears.
6. Click Add in the Notification Management page, and the Add Event page appears, as seen in the following figure:

7. Fill in the blanks. Event name is required and must be unique in the issue type.
8. Click Save to add the new custom event.
Name of the event. The name is required and must be unique.
Select a field whose value change will be seemed as an event. The field dropdown list contains all the fields except the DateTime and Date fields in the issue type.
Input or select the value for the selected field. When the value of the selected field is changed to the selected value, the event will be triggered. The field dropdown list contains all the value of the selected field.
Format of the Email, such as HTML or Plain Text.
Check it to include comment in the Email. By default, it is unchecked.
Finish adding a custom event.
Cancel adding a custom event.
