Manage Notification Receiver for Event
This page allows you to manage notification receivers for the event in the notification.
You must have Manage Project (Project Templates) permission.
To Manage Notification Receiver for Event
1. Click Projects (Project Templates) Management in System Admin page, and the Project (Project Template) List page appears.
2. Select the project (project template) that you wish to manage, click
in Manage column of Project
(Project Template) List page,
and the Project
(Project Template) Management page appears.
3. Click Issue Types Management in Project (Project Template) Management page, and the Issue Type List page appears.
4. Select the issue type that you want to manage, click
in Manage column of Issue Type List page,
and the Issue Type Management page appears.
5. Click Notification Management in Issue Type Management page, and the Notification Management page appears.
6. Select the event that you want to add
notification receivers in Notification Management page, click
in Manage Notification Receiver column on the
right, and the Manage Notification Receiver for Event page appears, as seen in
the following figure:

7. Select specific roles, Emails, users or groups to notify.
8. Click Add to finish adding notification receivers.
9. Click
in Delete column to remove the corresponding notification
receiver.
There are three roles: Creator, Assignee and Watcher.
Creator: check this box to specify the issue creator as the notified party.
Assignee: check this box to specify the issue assignee as the notified party.
Watcher: check this box to specify the issue watcher as the notified party.
Select a user from the dropdown list.
Select a group from the dropdown list.
Input specific Email address to which the notifications will be sent when the events occur.
Finish adding notification receivers.
Cancel adding notification receivers and go back to previous page.
List notification receivers in the corresponding event.
List Email addresses of the corresponding notification receivers.
Remove the corresponding notification receivers.
