Add Permissions

Summary

This page allows you to set permissions for users or groups who have not been assigned any permission in the project (project template).

Access Rights

You must have Manage Project (Project Templates Management) permission.

To Add Permissions

1. Click Projects (Project Templates) Management in System Admin page, and the Project (Project Templates) List page appears.

2. Select the project (project template) that you wish to manage, click in Manage column of Project (Project Templates) List page, and the Project (Project Template) Management page appears.

3. Click Project Permissions in the Project (Project Template) Management page or under the current project (project template) node on the left menu tree, and the Project Permissions page appears.

4. Click Add Permission on the top left of Project Permissions page, and the Add Permissions page appears, as seen in the following figure:

5. Select the user or group that you want to set permissions for.

6. Select permissions which you want to assign to the selected user or group by checking the Choose box.

7. Click Save to finish permission setting.

Window Items:

User

    Select a user from the dropdown list.

Group

    Select a group from the dropdown list.

Check All

   Click Check All to select all the project permissions in the table.

Uncheck All

   Click Uncheck All to cancel all the selected project permissions in the table.

Choose

   Check the box to select the corresponding project permission, or uncheck it to cancel the corresponding project permission.

Permission

    List all project permissions.

Description

   The detailed information of the corresponding project permission.

Save

    Finish assigning permissions.

Cancel

    Cancel assigning permissions.
