You can use Show Differences command to:

• Compare the local copy of an item to any version of itself in repository or any other local/repository item, etc.
  
  To do so,

  1. Select an item from the file list or from the project tree.
      
  2. Click the Files/Project Difference button on the toolbar or select Show Differences from either the Tools menu or by right-clicking the selected item. This command is available only when the local copy of the item exists in the working folder.
      
  3. In Show Differences dialog box, select the item you want to compare the local copy to. Select an option among the six options in Show Differences dialog box. By default, Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted compares the local copy to current version of the item in repository.
      
  4. Click Advanced button ( available only for project diff) to choose among the four options. By default, all the them are enabled.
      
  5. Click OK to display the difference(s).
      

• Compare two files in the same project.
  
  To do so,

  1. Select two files from the file list.
      
  2. Click the Files/Project Difference button on the toolbar or select Show Differences from either the Tools menu or by right-clicking the selected two files.
