In Dynamsoft SAW Standalone, source control files and histories are stored in repositories in Microsoft SQL Server. Dynamsoft SAW Standalone Server serves one SQL database and you can create any number of repositories in this database. Working with Dynamsoft SAW Standalone Client, the first thing is to connect to Dynamsoft SAW Standalone Server and choose a repository to log in.
Note: Dynamsoft SAW Standalone Client can only connect to one server during a session.
Access Rights
Any Dynamsoft SAW Standalone user can use this command.
Select or type Dynamsoft SAW Standalone Server IP or name. The Server name or IP entered in this box must correspond to the Server IP specified in the Server IP and Ports box in Service Configurator->Server Info->General Settings.
Select or type Dynamsoft SAW Standalone Server port. The Server port number entered in this box must correspond to the port specified in the Server IP and Ports box in Service Configurator->Server Info->General Settings.
Proxy Type (Proxy Information panel)
Choose the proxy type. Dynamsoft SAW Standalone supports all proxy types including http, socks4 and socks5.
Server name (Proxy Information panel)
Type the proxy server IP or name.
Port (Proxy Information panel)
Type the proxy server port.
User name (Proxy Information panel)
Type the username (needed when the proxy requires authentication).
Password (Proxy Information panel)
Type the password (needed when the proxy requires authentication).
Connect
Connects to Dynamsoft SAW Standalone server.
Close
Cancels the Connect To Server command and closes the dialog box.
Click Option to display or close the Proxy Information panel. You can also configure the proxy information in Tools>Options>Proxy Tab.
