To Add Event

    1. Give a name to the event.

    2. Choose operations. Notification emails will be sent to receivers when these checked actions are triggered in projects specified in Rules.

    3. Add a rule. Rules specify the influence area of current event.

    4. Add receivers.

Window Items:

Name

    Name of the event. The name is required and must be unique.

Operation

    The actions you checked will be seen as an event. The event will be triggered once one of the checked actions is performed on files of the projects specified in rules.

Project to watch

    Display the influence area of current event. The influence area is consisted of all the rules in the rule list.

    Add Rule

   

  • Include: include current selected project in the influence area.
  • Exclude: eliminate current selected project from the influence area.

    Delete
   
    Delete a rule from the Watch Rule list.

    Refresh

    Refresh current project tree.

Notification Receivers

  • Notification Receiver: list notification receivers for the selected event.
     
  • Email Address: the Email address for the corresponding notification receivers.
     
  • Add Receiver: add notification receivers to the selected event.


     
  • Delete Receiver: Remove notification receivers from the selected event.

Note:

  • Email notification will not be sent to inactive users even if they are configured as notification receivers.
