Allows you to change the password used to log in to the SourceSafe database.

In Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS, click Change Password on the Tools menu.

Dialog Box Items

Old

Specifies the current password. You can leave it blank if there is no password (a zero-length string) now.

New

Specifies the new password (up to 15 characters). A blank password is accepted but not recommended.

Verify

Allows you to retype the new password to verify it.

Note: Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS passwords are displayed as asterisks.
