Connect to Server Dialog Box (with Proxy Settings)

Allows you to connect to Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS Server or Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS Cache Server through a proxy server.

Note: If you encounter any problem to connect to the server, please click here.

In Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS, access the Connect to Server dialog box and click Options.

Dialog Box Items

Server

Specifies the IP or name of Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS Server or Cache Server.

Port

Specifies the port number of Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS Server or Cache Server.

Connect

Connects to Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS server or cache server.

Close

Cancels the Connect To Server command and closes the dialog box.

Proxy Information Panel

Proxy Type

Specifies the Proxy type.

Server name

Specifies the server IP of the Proxy.

Port

Specifies the server port of the Proxy.

User name (if the proxy requires authentication)

Specifies the proxy username.

Password (if the proxy requires authentication)

Specifies the proxy password.

Note: Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere for VSS retains the server address and port of the last 5 successful connections. You can also configure the proxy information on the Tools->Options->Proxy Tab.
