After a file is checked out and edited, the modifications can be
added to the database by performing a Check In operation.
1. Highlight the edited files in the File List.
2. Click Check In or select Check In from the SourceSafe menu or by right-clicking the selected files.
3. Check In comments can be added in the Comment field of the Check In Dialog Box.
1. Highlight the project in the Project Tree.
2. Click Check In or select the Check In command from the SourceSafe menu or by right-clicking the selected project.
3. Check In comments may be added in the Comment field of the Check In Dialog Box.
If you try to check in a shared file, you may get the prompt message that
the
shared file was not checked out here.
