To search check out status

1. On the Tools menu, click Status Search.
   
2. To display all checked-out files, click Display all checked out files.
   
3. To display files checked out to a particular user, click Display files checked out to.
   
4. Click Refresh file lists before searching to synchronize the client with server before searching.
   
5. For a global search, click Search in All Projects.
   
6. Click OK to start the search and open the Search Result Dialog Box.
