Encryption
To enable the Command Line Client to connect to the Secure port and
use encryption, the SourceAnyWhere Explorer Client (for Windows Command Line) or
Java Client (for Java Command Line) must be
installed on the same machine. The Command Line Client will use the same User
Key that has been imported into the Explorer Client or Java Client to authenticate the secure
connection.
The Command Line Client will use encryption or not depending on the port that it
connects to. Please contact your SAW Administrator to find out which
ports are being used for secure and unsecure connections.
