SAW Command Line Overview
In addition to the Explorer Client for SourceAnyWhere, SourceAnyWhere
provides a Windows and Java Command Line Client for users who prefers typing commands and
those who writes or maintains batch files for automated source control
processing. The SAW Command Line supports all the major operations required for
source control.
To access the SAW Windows Command Line, use the MS-DOS command prompt from within
Windows. You can use the command line by changing your current folder to the
folder where SAWcmd.exe resides, or from any folder by typing a complete path to
the SAW Command Line directory.
To access the SAW Java Command Line, use the command prompt. You must use the command line by changing your current folder to the folder where SAWcmd.jar resides.
Note: the SAW Command Line Client works with SourceAnyWhere Professional Server only.
