
This page contains information on how to manage users in Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere.
User is the basic element of a team in the system, and team members log in as users. Each unique active user will be bound to a Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere license. The inactive user takes no license.
Click Admin | SCM Anywhere | Users, and the Users window will appear, as seen in the following figure:

A dropdown list allows you to list users of a certain group. By default, users window shows all the users in the system.
Check this check box to list active users only.
The name of the user.
The Email address of the user.
The status of the user. Active or Inactive.
The description of the user.
Add a new user. See Add User.
Edit a selected user. See Edit User.
Choose groups for a selected user. See Member of.
Set password for the selected user. See Set Password.
View the permissions of the selected user. See View Permission.
Delete the selected user. You can perform multiple deleting by selecting more than one users.
Recover a deleted user. See Recover Deleted User.
