Fields Management

Issue forms use fields to display data, or allow users to input data or select options. You can control the appearances and behaviors of the fields on issue forms by configuring those fields in the issue type.

This page allows you to configure fields in the issue type. In addition to the default system and common fields, you can also select custom fields for the issue type. You can set default value or value options for the fields and set the fields to follow rules.
