When used with CapSet(), sets the camera power down timer in seconds. When used with
CapGet(), returns the current setting of the power down
time.
Remarks:
Use this capability with CapSet() to set the user selected camera power down
time, when no activity is detected by the camera. The default value of -1 means no power down, power is always on.
