Description:	TWFO_FIRSTPAGEFIRST indicates the feeder starts with the top of the first page. TWFO_LASTPAGEFIRST indicates the feeder starts with the top of the last page.
Remarks:	An Application can use this to determine if it should reorganize the stream of images received from a Source. of the last page.
