Retrieves the current or history version of the selected items from the repository and creates read-only copies in your working folder. You should have a working folder set before using this command.
There are five possible outcomes using Get command:
The way how Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted determines if your local copy is different from the copy in Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted repository can be set in Compare files by option in Tools->Options->Files Tab.
When allow multiple checkouts is enabled, you can use the Get command to retrieve other users' changes before checking in your version of the file. A global setting may be set to enable Dynamsoft SourceAnywhere Hosted to merge with Get Latest Version command. You can set the Replace Writable option to Merge in Tools->Options->Files Tab.
1. Select the file(s) or project you want to get.
2. Click Get Latest Version button on the toolbar or select Get Latest Version from the Source menu or by right-clicking the selected file(s) or project.
How to get a history version of a file or project
1. In the History Explorer or Show Labels dialog box, select the file or project version you want to get.
2. Click Get button.
