FreeFlutter Capture Vision

One Flutter app for three vision tasks — barcode reading, passport MRZ recognition, and document boundary detection

What this demo shows

The page is the flutter_capture_vision example app compiled to the web. The same Dart API drives three Dynamsoft Capture Vision tasks, selected with the radio buttons above the preview.

Barcode reading. 1D and 2D symbologies are decoded from a live camera frame, with each barcode's quadrilateral drawn over the preview.
MRZ recognition. Passport and ID machine-readable zones are read and parsed into fields — document type, number, date of birth, and expiry. MRZ models need a sharp, high-resolution frame, so this mode switches to the highest camera preset.
Document detection. The document boundary is detected on the frame, then the crop, rotation and filter can be adjusted in the editor and exported.

Every task runs locally in WebAssembly; nothing is uploaded. The camera needs HTTPS (or localhost) and your permission — Scan an image file and the built-in samples work without one.
