Senior Technical Sales Engineer

What You'll be Doing
- Acquire the necessary product knowledge of our Software Development Kit (SDK) products
- Track sales leads, grasp and analyze customer project needs, and provide accurate product solutions
- Communicate the value of the product to customers through presentations, telephone, online meetings or written expressions, etc., and maintain customers' willingness of continuous communication
- Provide the best product authorization and quotation scheme according to the actual situation of the customer's project
- Work closely with the technical support team to quickly respond to difficult technical issues from customers
- Maintain sensitivity to market and customer needs, and be good at summarizing and optimizing service processes
- Maintain close communication with the product development team and marketing team to promote the improvement of product and promotional pages
- Proactive customer development based on leads provided by the marketing department
About You
- At least 2 years of sales experience in software products
- At least 1 year of sales experience with overseas customers
- Familiarity with solution selling or consultative selling concepts
- Have a IT/Computer Science background or a basic knowledge of at least one programming language
- Willing to learn technical knowledge
- Integrity and willing to accept challenges
- Good communication skills both oral and written
You will have an edge if you have:
- Successful sales cases of local and overseas customer would be an added advantage
- Experience in software testing/development/technical support is a plus point
