Technical Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Dynamsoft Corporation, a Canadian software company, has an immediate opening for a Technical Sales Representative, in downtown Vancouver. This position is responsible for assisting customers on the evaluation of our TWAIN SDK series and version control series products. The main responsibilities include answering technical/basic sales questions via phone, online chat, Ticket system and online meeting.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide product support and customer service through phone, email and live chat
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Collect product related feedback from customers and submit them to issue tracking system
  • Demonstrate product functionalities via online meetings
  • Participate in product release tasks, including document writing
  • Understand the basic sales workflow

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity with a programming language
  • Strong English communication skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related majors
  • An excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent technical presentation skills
