What is included in the pricing?
Your license includes access to the SDK (Web, Mobile, or Server/Desktop depending on your edition) and 12 months of support and maintenance — covering all version updates and dedicated technical support from our engineering team. Integration assistance is included at no extra charge during your evaluation and initial deployment.
Is the license annual or perpetual?
Dynamsoft Barcode Reader uses an annual subscription model. Your license is valid for one year from the date of purchase and includes all updates and support during that period. If you need a multi-year contract or perpetual licensing, please contact our sales team to discuss options.
